By downloading, creating an account, or using the OOF app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use OOF. These Terms apply to all users of the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use OOF. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the app.
We reserve the right to terminate any account we believe belongs to a user under the age of 13.
You are responsible for:
Your OOF ID is your unique identifier on the platform. It is assigned to you and may not be transferred to another person.
You may change your username once every 30 days. This limit exists to maintain trust and consistency within the community.
You agree to use OOF only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.
You agree NOT to:
OOF is a platform that allows users to discover, organize, and attend car meets. We are a technology platform only — we do not organize, supervise, or participate in any meet posted through the app.
By organizing or attending a meet through OOF you acknowledge that:
Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of the meet information they post, including location, time, and the car types they declare as welcome.
The Respect feature allows users who attended the same meet to give Respect points to one another after the meet has ended. Each user has a fixed limit of Respect they can give per meet. Respect cannot be given to yourself.
You own the content you submit to OOF, including your profile photo, car photos, car information, and meet descriptions ("Your Content").
By submitting content to OOF you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and use Your Content within the app for the purpose of operating the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not violate any third-party rights (including copyright) and does not violate these Terms.
Your FlipCard profile — including your username, OOF ID, car details, card style, and stats — is visible to other OOF users by design. By creating a profile you acknowledge and consent to this visibility.
OOF may provide in-app messaging features between connected users. You agree to use messaging only for legitimate communication with other members of the community. Spam, harassment, solicitation, and any content that violates Section 4 of these Terms is prohibited in messages.
We reserve the right to review messages if required by law or to investigate a reported violation of these Terms.
OOF is developing a Clubs feature that will allow users to create and join groups within the community. When Clubs launches, additional terms specific to that feature will be provided. Your continued use of Clubs after those terms are published constitutes your acceptance of them.
OOF is currently free to use. We reserve the right to introduce paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases in the future. If we do, we will clearly disclose all pricing before any charge is made, and you will not be charged without your explicit consent.
The OOF name, logo, app design, and all original content created by us are owned by OOF and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of our branding or content without our written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to our users or platform.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account, or by contacting oof.support@gmail.com.
OOF is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for any loss of data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OOF and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or attendance at any meet organized through the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of OOF after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which OOF operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
